What NaVi is

NaVi (navi.how) turns your cross-border work situation into a personalized report: immigration, tax, social security, healthcare and employment findings, computed by a deterministic rules engine from sourced legislation and explained in plain language. These terms apply the moment you use the site. NaVi is operated from the Netherlands, contact spartan.int@gmail.com.

Information, not advice

NaVi is an information tool. It is not legal, tax or immigration advice, and no report creates an adviser-client relationship. Rules change, personal details matter, and a report can be incomplete or wrong despite our cross-checking. For decisions with real consequences, have a qualified professional verify your situation. The report itself offers an expert-handoff for exactly that reason.

Your account and your answers

You can use NaVi anonymously via a claim link, or with an account (email or Google sign-in). Keep your access to either private. You promise the answers you enter are honest, the report can only be as truthful as its inputs. You stay owner of your own data, our use of it is described in the privacy policy.

Prices and purchases

Running an assessment is free. The full report is a one-time purchase (EUR 39 for a single report, EUR 69 for the Compare Pack with two unlock codes for further reports), prices include VAT where applicable. A purchase unlocks that scenario for 12 months, including free re-runs when the underlying rules change. Unlock codes are single-use and valid for 12 months. Enterprise plans run under their own agreement.

Because the full report is digital content delivered immediately on payment, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and that you thereby waive the 14-day EU withdrawal right for that delivery. If something is genuinely wrong with what you received, mail us, we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service: no scraping the rule base, no probing other people's reports or accounts, no reselling reports outside an enterprise agreement, no using the copilot to generate anything unrelated to your report. We may throttle or block abuse to keep the service healthy for everyone.

Our content

The rules engine, rule texts, design and brand are ours or our licensors'. Your report is yours to use, print and share for your own situation. The underlying rule base is not yours to extract or republish.

Liability

We build NaVi carefully, source every rule, cross-check adversarially and show our confidence honestly, and we still cannot guarantee completeness or fitness for your specific case. To the extent Dutch law allows, our liability for damage arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right consumer law gives you that cannot be waived.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep NaVi up and current, and we may change, pause or retire features. If we materially change these terms we update the date above and, for account holders, say so in the product. Continued use after a change means acceptance, if you disagree, stop using the service and ask us to delete your data.

Governing law

Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law lets you choose your own local court.
